Alasdair is our Creative Director and the founder of Multiplied By. He has worked in design and digital for more than 20 years, starting as a freelance designer before building what is now a creative studio focused on clarity, craft and momentum. His role is not about being the loudest voice in the room. It is about helping strong ideas take shape, guiding the work with thoughtful questions and making sure everything we put out is considered, useful and clear. Whether he is helping define the shape of a brand or building out the structure behind a content system, he brings a mix of creative instinct and strategic thinking that keeps things moving in the right direction. What matters most to him is that the work does what it is meant to do. That it is honest. That it lands. And that it makes things easier for the people it is built for.

Joslyn keeps the studio steady. She brings focus to the day-to-day, creates space for creative work to move at the right pace and helps make sure clients feel supported throughout. Her role touches almost everything, working across timelines, finances, communication and coordination, helping the team stay aligned as projects shift and grow. As our financial lead, she also keeps budgets on track and makes sure decisions are grounded in what’s practical and possible. That mix of structure and awareness means she often sees what is needed before it becomes a blocker. She helps maintain momentum without adding pressure, brings clarity when things speed up and makes sure the right people are in the loop at the right time.

Mark is a senior graphic designer at Multiplied By, bringing calm, structure and a sharp eye for detail to everything he works on. With more than a decade of experience across agencies, in-house teams and freelance projects, he has shaped a way of working that’s quietly confident. Design tools have been second nature to him since his teens, but it is the thinking behind the work that makes the difference. For Mark, good design works on both levels — it does what it is meant to do, and it looks right while doing it. At Multiplied By, Mark works across brand, illustration, animation, merch and no-code web. Some of that work ends up in government presentations. Some in internal tools. Some in brand systems that quietly shape how a business shows up. Whatever the format, the starting point is always the same — what needs to be said, and how can design help say it more clearly?

Declan works across content, campaigns and communication at Multiplied By. He helps shape ideas in a way that feels considered. Making sure they land clearly, reach the right people and do the job they are meant to do. With a background in content strategy, social media and campaign delivery he brings a practical understanding of how to move from message to outcome. That might mean shaping the structure of a blog, managing content across platforms or refining the flow of an email series. He connects early thinking with final output and helps content stay aligned as it moves through planning, design, build and delivery. From CMS updates and no code builds to multi-channel campaigns, he makes sure the details hold together.
